I actively believe in preventive health strategies as a way of life and am keen to help you regain your balance, vitality and sense of calm.    I am constantly amazed at the power of acupuncture in it's subtle ability to tune our bodies and mind.    Tai Chi and Qi Gong  are part of my daily routine and I find that doing just a little bit  every morning helps the day go so much better. 

 

With over ten years experience in acupuncture and Oriental medicine philosophy, I am dedicated to using my skills to revitalise your physical and emotional well-being.  I love seeing how ancient healing arts can be integrated into our busy everyday lives.
